the ESIREM (Higher School of Engineering in Materials Research and tronic info) is organizing a conference to be held January 23, 2015 to ESIREM Dijon on the theme “What new technologies in sports? “This conference will take place around 5 lectures followed by a round table hosted by the major players of the new technologies in sport.
For many years, the technologies and materials called ‘smart’ gradually enter our newspapers. This is also true in the field sportif.Non only these high technologies help our most experienced athletes achieve ever more stunning performance, but today many of us also use them to assess and improve their personal performance.
The reception of participants will begin at 8:30 am at the amphitheater of the UFR STAPS of Dijon, the conference will begin at 9:00. It will be opened by Pr. Gilles Caboche, director of the ESIREM (School of Materials Research Engineers and Infotronique).
The conference program will include several conferences with various aspects of the theme. Especially with the presence of Mr. Jean-Luc Errant, Chairman of the Science Group Cityzen leading a project to create a garment industry logged in to meet the needs of professional and amateur athletes.
