Job Description

The city of Clichy – la – Garenne (. Hauts de Seine, 60,000 inhabitants) located outside Paris, is recruiting a systems information and new technologies (m / f).

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager Resources and Support, Management Features Manage your team, and you ensure the performance and optimization of systems information, in compliance with the strategic orientations of the community

Missions.
 You manage teams of engineers and technicians, you organize the activity of the cluster and dynamic impulsez oriented towards the needs of various municipal services.
 You will monitor the server administration, backups and databases. Make sure the maintenance of databases, and follow the maintenance of computer equipment and telephone.
 You manage procurement procedures and public procurement. Bid analysis, monitoring of sub-contracts, performance analysis and quality control of subcontracting
 You guarantee information security (reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of information systems), and the quality of relationships with services and external partners.

 He holds an engineering degree in the field of information systems and new technologies, you preferably have at a successful experience in a similar position. You have a strong aptitude for management, good knowledge of network infrastructure and extensive experience in development and administration of databases.
