Our client, a law firm French business, research in the framework of strengthening its IT department/IP :

Lawyer 2-3 years, New Technology Law / Intellectual Property / Commercial (H/F)

within a tight knit team headed by 2 partners, you will accompany a clientele both French and international, on records and transactions very varied.

The practice of this department, recognized at the international level, it covers issues in new technology law, intellectual property law and commercial law.

Profile:
You are the holder of the CAPA, a (3rd cycle) in IP or IT (Master 2 DJCE…), supplemented ideally with a double formation of type a business school, Sciences Po, and/or a LL.M, and have a very good level of English-oral and written.
You gained a first experience of 2 to 3 years (excluding internship) in a IT firm-and, ideally, turned towards the international, or in company.
A practical thrust in the law of new technologies, especially in it contracts, would be very appreciated.
