ICST Judex and TAJ were again controlled by the CNIL. The administrative authority shall make proposals to try to improve a still catastrophic situation.
Four years ago, the CNIL controlled the much-maligned file history of the police, the STIC. The independent administrative authority recently returned to office, also controlling Judex, the equivalent of ICT for the RCMP, and the new joint Police-gendarmerie TAJ file to replace the other two in 2014.
The statement of the CNIL adopted a neutral tone and administrative but still feels dawn discouragement. For four years later, problems persist despite legislative and regulatory developments. These problems concern both the content of the files, not always accurate, that compliance procedures and access rights.
The CNIL therefore ten proposals to try to improve things. In particular, very common workhorse of the administrative authority for all organizations, the CNIL would like to update the data and the accuracy of the information stored is verified. This is all the more serious as poor data from the STIC and Judex have been found in the normally clean TAJ. See you in four years to find that nothing has changed .
