16 streaming sites including Dpstream.tv and fifostream.net will be blocked for the next 12 months and the search engines will delist. This is the consequence of a judgment of the Paris Court.
divISPs compensated by rightholders
all began in 2011 with the launch by several right holders organizations cinema and video in a lawsuit against Allostreaming.com, Alloshowtv.com, Alloshare.com and Allomovies.com. TGI has to decide on the matter, stating that the sites of the galaxy Allostreaming infringed copyright.
Dpstream.tv and fifostream.tv, along with “new active sites” allostreaming.com, allshowtv.com, allomovies.com, alloshare.com, allomegavideo.com, alloseven.com, allourls.com, fifostream . com, fifostream.net, fifostream.org, fifostreaming.com, fifostreaming.net, fifostreaming.org, fifostreaming.tv are accused of “illegal activity.”
ISPs are required to put in place adequate procedures to block the judge which leaves the choice of nature. They will be compensated by the beneficiaries. They will intervene 15 days after the judgment and have a shelf life of 12 months. Engines Yahoo, Google and Mirosoft research will proceed on their side to dereference these sites.
