failure is running on the network Free, preventing Free users to access the network.
after many returns on the forums and our own tests, Free’s network is experiencing some disruption. Indeed, the identification Freebox servers seem inaccessible, preventing Freenautes to connect. The symptoms are error 2 on Freebox V5 or an error 20 on the Freebox V6 (Player and Server).
If we do not yet know the reasons for this failure, it is possible that it is linked to an overload of networks connected to the outputs iOS 7.0.3 and OS X Mavericks or the output of the 1.2.9 version of the Freebox Player.
do so under any circumstances restart your Freebox. The problem should be solved in the evening. We will update this article if we have more information.
