Facebook Thursday unveiled a new application called “Paper”, an online journal wherein you can view and share articles and other content from a smartphone. Users can customize many settings.
“Paper can tell stories more attractive with improved aesthetics and full screen layout without disturbing elements,” says the social network in a publication on a blog where it has its novelty.
“We also made it easier to design and share your articles,” says Facebook. This application, the first created by Facebook Creative Labs, will be available from February 3 to users iPhone .
Paper offers several thematic sections that track the main topics, and topics as diverse as sports, science and cooking. “Each section will provide numerous articles, publications well known but also new voice,” further notes Facebook.
media partners for “Paper” have not been disclosed, but in a video presentation of the application, you see a user browse articles New York Times Time magazine , USA Today or Huffington Post among others.
